Probably one of the best all-time shanks, with medium plus leverage and excellent balance with more control than a normals medium port. Mouthpiece is good for a nervous horse that likes to play with the bit. Adds some tongue pressure to help break a horse ovver at the poll for a better headset. Sweet iron encourages salivation to create a supple feeling mouth.
