Sale items, swimwear, undergarments and Bits are all final sales, no exchanges or returns.
Return/Exchange
The customer has 14 days after receiving their item(s) to contact us for a return or exchange. Please add a photo of the product with tags on in your email to Orders@westernstockman.ca . Item(s) being returned, must have tags still on and be in their original condition (unworn). For footwear, please make sure to wear in your house until you know you want to keep them, any footwear returned that look like they have been worn outside will not be given a refund. Please keep the package/box that the item was delivered in and use that to return the item.
Manufacturer Issues
Customer has 14 days after receiving the product to make us aware of any manufacturer issues with their products. Please attach a photo and description of the issue in your email to Orders@westernstockman.ca . Please keep the package/box that the item was delivered in and use that to return the item.
If the item has been worn/used and this is a warranty issue please add extra photos and a detailed description and be aware it can take some extra time for us to contact the manufacturer. Please keep the package/box that the item was delivered in and use that to return the item.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. In an exchange, the customer pays shipping to us and we will cover the shipping back to them. Return shipping for manufacturer issues will be discussed individually per case.
Customers will receive a refund after we have received the item back, inspected it and agreed that a refund is permissible. Refunds typically take 3-5 business days to process back onto the original payment method.
